In the interior, visit waterfalls or drive independently to the reservoir near Afobaka where the dead standing trees rise from the water. Of course there is much more to do: spot dolphins & crocodiles, take a look at Leonsberg, Tapa waterfalls in Upper Suriname.

Visit sea turtles in Matapica or Galabi, or enjoy a relaxing beach holiday. Spot flamingos at Bigi Pan, watch the slithering monkeys at Fredberg, see monumental houses in Frederiksdorp, or the traditional clothing at Isadou – just a few of the many possibilities the country offers.
