Cancellation:
If you decide to cancel, for any reason, you are liable to compensate us. The compensation amount is as follows for cancellation:
• 3 months before arrival date: 0% of the total rent amount
• 2 months before arrival date: 25% of the total rent amount
• 1 month before arrival date: 50% of the total rent amount
• within 1 month before arrival date: 75% of the total rent amount
